Section 01
Booking Terms
By requesting our curation services, you accept our standard planning guidelines. A non-refundable planning deposit of $1,500 is collected upon initial engagement. This secures the dedicated time of our curation directors and covers our initial blockings.
Section 02
Payment Conditions
To lock down custom luxury retreats, our financial flow requires structured balance points: 30% of your total estimated journey value is due within 7 days of master proposal sign-off. The final balance is due 90 days before launch.
Section 03
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should you cancel, deposits are retained to satisfy direct hotel buyouts and advance guide bookings. Cancellations between 90 and 60 days before launch yield a 50% refund, after which all bookings are completely non-refundable.
Section 04
Liability Parameters
Voyage coordinates third-party services (safari trucks, private lodges, transport companies) but does not own them. We are not liable for scheduling shifts, equipment failures, or individual guest accidents.
Section 05
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, airline failures, or other extraordinary events, we may be relieved of our obligations under these Terms. If a journey is impacted, we will work with you to explore rebooking options where possible. If rebooking is not feasible, we will provide a refund of amounts paid, less any non-recoverable deposits and third-party fees already incurred. Our liability in such cases is limited to the return of these recoverable funds.
Section 06
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
